Michael grew up in South San Jose and works as a long-term substitute while going to school to complete his teaching credentials.

Julie grew up in Los Gatos and went to college in Santa Cruz. She moved to Washington DC for her masters before coming back to her hometown where she works as a museum professional.

Mike lives with his wife, Dotti, and their golden retriever, Hogan, in West San Jose. Mike and Dotti have lived in the Bay Area for over forty years and Mike has been retired for twelve years.

Ross currently lives in his hometown, Palo Alto, and works as an EMT while going to school to pursue a career in new health.

Gráinne is a Performing Arts Educator in the Cupertino Union School District and has lived in Los Gatos for twenty-three years.

Ameeti grew up and attended college in the Bay Area. After working in New York for a time, Ameeti moved back home where she works as a knowledge consultant at a high tech company.

David grew up in West San Jose and went to college in Philadelphia before moving back to Silicon Valley to work in high tech and create a start up.

Jim works in public affairs at the Contra Cost Water District and moved to the East Bay from the Central Valley thirteen years ago.
